Thomas Gent is the Regenerative Farming Lead at Agreena, where he shapes the company’s global strategy on regenerative agriculture. Thomas ensures the farmer’s perspective is embedded in decision-making, representing the farming community in commercial discussions, partnerships, and events. He also leads Agreena’s farmer engagement programs, including its ambassador network and community initiatives, driving adoption of regenerative practices. He farms with his family on their 800-hectare arable farm in the UK, where they’ve pioneered regenerative agriculture since 2008. With 17 years of experience, their farm is a model for soil health and climate resilience. Thomas founded the award-winning Gentle Farming brand to share their journey and promote regenerative practices, championing farmers in the transition to sustainable food systems.
