Stijn Effting is a seasoned leader in the raw materials and energy transition sector, specializing in the development of circular and low‑carbon supply chains for recycled plastics. With extensive experience spanning the entire value chain – from raw‑material sourcing to packaging end‑use – he works with industry partners to accelerate the transition toward more sustainable, high‑performance plastics. At LyondellBasell, Stijn is part of the Circular & Low Carbon Solutions organization, where he collaborates closely with Brand Owners to help them create value by advancing their sustainable packaging strategies. Stijn is an alumnus of IMD and Wageningen University.
