As senior events operations manager, Ruby drives the smooth and successful execution of our diverse global event schedule. Her role is split between two critical areas: optimising event operations and coordinating partnership delivery.
Ruby manages the end-to-end event lifecycle for Innovation Forum’s events, leading the research, booking, and complex logistics for international venues across locations including the UK, Netherlands and USA. She ensures seamless on-site delivery and implements core event technology, including building out the attendee hub systems for the company app.
Crucially, Ruby works closely with sponsors and internal teams to ensure all partnership deliverables are met, guaranteeing a smooth and high-standard experience for everyone involved. Since joining the team in 2023, she has been instrumental in maintaining the excellence of Innovation Forum’s event portfolio.
Ruby holds an interdisciplinary degree in geography and international relations from Durham University, where she specialised in climate-driven migration and its foundations within international law.
