Molly works across cross-industry events, specialising in food and agriculture. She has a strong interest in how sustainability is evolving from a strategic priority into both a necessity and a source of competitive advantage across the sector. Her interests span the entire value chain, from sustainable sourcing strategies and commercial dynamics through to the wider implications of international trade on the global food system.
At Innovation Forum, Molly works across the full conference production cycle, from early-stage research and agenda development to speaker engagement, marketing, and content creation. She is currently leading the Sustainable Commodities and Landscapes Forum in Amsterdam and the Future of Food and Beverage Forum in Minneapolis, working across both European and US markets.
Molly holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Plymouth. Outside of work Molly enjoys cooking and trying new food, training for sports events such as Hyrox, and spending time in her garden.
