Carolina Gregorio is EMEA Regional Business Sustainability Director for Dow Packaging and Specialty Plastics since 2022. She leads sustainability engagement on plastics climate and circularity policies, serves on the Europen board, and represents Dow in key European associations including Plastics Europe, Ceflex, BPF, and INCPEN.

Since joining Dow in 2007, Carolina has held various commercial and marketing roles, leading global packaging innovation platforms and developing Dow’s bio-based offering strategy.

She holds a Chemical Engineering degree from Santiago de Compostela University and an Executive MBA from EAE Business School. Committed to gender equity, she mentors in programs including AmChamSpain and Inspira STEM.
