Marie-Laure Piednoir serves as the Global Sustainability & Impact Director at Salomon, the global mountain sports brand headquartered in Annecy. She leads the company’s sustainability vision and strategy, integrating environmental and social impact into innovation, business transformation, and long-term vision, while working closely with industry partners, stakeholders, and local communities.
With more than 20 years of experience across the private and non-profit sectors, including Kering, Renault Group, Amer Sports, and Groupe SOS, she specializes in driving responsible transformation within complex, international organizations. She also serves on the boards of the European Outdoor Group and the Salomon Foundation. Her background spans sustainable business (HEC Paris), engineering and artificial intelligence (CentraleSupelec and Georgia Tech), and philosophy and psychology (Toulouse Jean Jaurès), bringing a multidisciplinary and human-centered perspective to sustainability and leadership.
