Federico Fraboni is Head of Sustainability at Oniverse (formerly Calzedonia Group), where he works with the Group Board to define and implement the sustainability strategy across its brands, manufacturing operations and supply chain.
With a background in industrial engineering and manufacturing, Federico brings an operational perspective to sustainability, focusing on turning environmental and social commitments into concrete projects and measurable results. His work covers circular economy, textile-to-textile recycling, supply chain due diligence, ESG reporting and emerging regulatory requirements for the fashion industry.
He coordinates LIFE Re-Tights, a €3.6 million EU co-funded project developing textile-to-textile recycling solutions, and has been a member of The Fashion Pact Operations Committee since 2020. Before moving into sustainability, Federico held manufacturing and operational leadership roles for Oniverse internationally, including as Plant Director of a 1,500-employee textile facility in Ethiopia.
