Laura Curtze is an Associate Director at Ergon, an LRQA company, specialising in human rights strategy and due diligence.

With extensive experience advising companies, public organisations and multi-stakeholder initiatives, Laura helps clients navigate complex human rights challenges across global value chains and drive meaningful change. Laura supports LRQA’s corporate clients on human rights due diligence and strategy, value chain risk assessments, benchmarking, gap analyses and remedy frameworks and has led consultancies for leading corporations in a range of sectors, including retail, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, finance, energy, FMCG or sports.

Laura previously led the social sustainability programme at UN Global Compact Network Germany and was a member of the German federal government’s working group on business and human rights.
