Archana Kotecha is a UK-qualified barrister and CEDR-accredited mediator specialising in business and human rights, forced labour, and responsible supply chain practices. With over 15 years’ experience, she advises companies, UN agencies, and civil society organisations on human rights due diligence, grievance mechanisms, access to remedy, and forced labour prevention across Asia and beyond.

Archana is the Founder and CEO of The Remedy Project, and a Member of the European Commission’s DG GROW Informal Expert Group on Forced Labour. She also contributes to international standards-setting through advisory roles with the Responsible Business Alliance, the Forest Stewardship Council, and the UN OHCHR. Her work focuses on moving organisations beyond compliance towards practical, worker-centred solutions that prevent harm and strengthen accountability.
