Andy is the Social Sustainability Manager for Pilgrim’s Europe. Andy has over 17 years of experience in ethical trading and human rights. His background was initially in garments and non-food, but for the last 10 years, he has focused on food production. Andy is passionate about workers’ rights and protecting the more vulnerable members of society. Andy has practical experience working at the retailer and supplier levels and always seeks focused, practical solutions to business issues. Andy is always keen to work collaboratively to drive the change needed and support people-led solutions.
