Imen Marrak

Imen Marrak is Co-founder and Chief Financial Officer at Eclipse, where she leads financial strategy to support innovative solutions in energy markets. An electrical engineer by training, she brings a strong technical foundation to her work at the intersection of finance and energy. She began her career at ENGIE in gas optimization and trading, later serving as Chief of Staff to the Group CFO. She then joined EVBox as CFO (2021–2024), overseeing the financial operations of a leading electric vehicle charging company. With extensive experience in financial strategy, M&A, and the energy transition, Imen brings a cross-sector perspective at the intersection of finance and clean energy innovation. Imen Marrak graduated from CentraleSupélec with a specialization in energy and telecommunications.
