Arnaud heads our Belgian corporate and finance practice. He is also global co-head of the firm’s energy & utilities sector. He has extensive experience in cross-border M&A, as well as corporate finance transactions, and has worked over the years on a large number of strategic transactions throughout Europe in the energy sector. Arnaud contributed to the firm’s reports on capacity mechanisms and on the 2019 clean energy package. He co-authored the Belgium chapter in Lexology GTDT Electricity Regulation.
