Jorrit Vervoordeldonk is Sustainability Program Manager at Picnic, where he leads carbon accounting, Scope 3, supplier engagement and packaging efforts. His work focuses on driving Scope 3 emissions reduction in close collaboration with supply chain partners, supported by scalable data systems. Recently, Picnic applied AI to support Scope 3 analysis across their full food assortment, using a structured, prompt-driven workflow to automate emissions analysis at product category level.
