The challenge

While regenerative agriculture is widely recognised for its sustainability benefits, it has yet to secure consistent C-suite buy-in.

Many companies understand its value for meeting environmental targets but struggle to connect it to core business priorities such as growth, resilience, risk reduction, and ROI.

Klim’s challenge was to shift this perception – repositioning regenerative agriculture from a sustainability initiative to a strategic business imperative – and equip corporate leaders with a clear, credible investment case at a time of rising pressure to decarbonise agrifood supply chains and deliver on Scope 3 commitments.

Objectives

  • Demonstrate the business case for regenerative agriculture, focusing on ROI, supply chain resilience, and risk reduction.
  • Position Klim as a thought leader and credible partner in regenerative agriculture across the agrifood value chain.
  • Highlight Klim’s unique model combining digital solutions, farmer partnerships, and measurable climate impact, and reinforce Klim’s value proposition.
  • By engaging Innovation Forum’s established network of food industry leaders and supply-chain professionals (especially in the UK), Klim aimed to increase its visibility and credibility within the food/agribusiness sector.

Our approach

We put together a European/UK-focused panel of senior sustainability leaders to position the conversation within a context relevant to Klim’s target audience and business goals. Speakers from Unilever, Rabobank, and Nestlé were secured to reinforce Klim’s credibility and thought leadership.

Skilled moderation by Innovation Forum ensured a balanced dialogue that highlighted both the commercial and sustainability benefits of regenerative agriculture. To extend engagement beyond the webinar, we added an opt-in option on the registration form, enabling Klim to continue the conversation and build new connections.

Results

The webinar and targeted marketing campaign enabled Klim to connect directly with senior sustainability professionals, generating new leads and expanding engagement with key stakeholders across the food and agriculture sector.

The session reframed regenerative agriculture as a strategic business driver—highlighting its financial and risk management benefits—and positioned Klim as a credible, innovative partner, reinforced by the presence of global industry leaders such as Unilever, Rabobank, and Nestlé.

Strong participation from UK-based and Europe-focused organisations, particularly agriculture-linked professionals, supported Klim’s objective of growing its presence in the UK and creating new partnership opportunities.

The project helped Klim to:

  • Be positioned as a credible and innovative partner for companies seeking to integrate regenerative practices into their sourcing strategies.
  • Reframe regenerative agriculture as a strategic business driver, broadening understanding of its financial and risk management benefits.
  • Generate new leads, expand its audience, and strengthen engagement with key stakeholders across the food and agriculture sector.
  • Expand its presence in the UK market by connecting with leading food and agribusiness companies actively exploring regenerative sourcing.
