Alchemy Graham

As policy director for the EPR Leadership Forum, Alchemy Graham leads the organization’s nationwide government relations strategy and packaging extended producer responsibility policy advocacy. Before joining the Forum, Alchemy served at the California Department of Conservation and the California Assembly, and worked as a contract lobbyist with a client portfolio focused largely on environmental issues. Across these roles, she built deep expertise in stakeholder engagement, coalition building, and legislative advocacy. Alchemy has helped develop and advance a wide range of environmental measures in California, contributing to the state’s progress toward meeting emissions reduction and climate goals.
