Adil Rehman is the Group Head of Human Rights at ASOS, with over 15 years’ experience in the field of human rights, working closely with trade unions and civil society organisations. In his role, Adil is responsible for developing and aligning short- to long-term human rights strategies with ASOS’s sourcing approach and wider business objectives.
Adil oversees a range of strategic human rights programmes, including Freedom of Association, Modern Slavery, Wages, and Gender equality. This includes managing ASOS’s global framework agreements with IndustriAll and the International Transport Workers’ Federation, as well as leading external stakeholder engagement to assess and enhance transparency and human rights practices across ASOS’s supply chain and operations.
