The Hirdaramani Group is a global apparel manufacturer providing integrated apparel design, production and distribution solutions to premium global brands. Nikhil has over 25 years experience in the industry and is extremely passionate and committed to influencing sustainable development through collaboration and led the development of the group’s 2025 sustainability roadmap ‘ Future First’.

Nikhil is a strong advocate of using his experience and voice to influence wider industry engagement and has served in leadership roles in a number of multistakeholder initiatives: He has been the Vice Chair of the SAC and has served as a Director of both Higg Co and SEDEX. He has also been involved in the Social and Labor Convergence Program since its inception and presently serves on its management board. Nikhil is an active member leader of Entrepreneurs Organization (EO), and presently leads the Global Sub-committee for External Relations overseeing partnerships with organizations such as the United Nations, IFC and World Economic Forum as well as the implementation of the EO sustainability strategy.

Nikhil has a BA in International Relations from Tufts University, USA and an MBA from Imperial College, UK.
