These haven’t been niche or small scale, but mainstream and promoted as such. And they have performed. There are a host of other fashion brands whose entire business models are built on the foundations of sustainability. 
As sustainability becomes more engrained in purchasing decisions, there is a huge opportunity for fashion brands to deliver on social and environment sustainability AND the bottom line - as long as the numbers stack up.
