Global Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD) Leader

Evre Kaynak leads the Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD) Program of W. L. Gore & Associates – Gore Fabrics, a Tier 2 supplier in technical fabrics. As a subject matter expert on HRDD for over 20 years, she has worked with buyers, N-Tier suppliers, human rights NGOs, industry organizations, and workers’ organizations in the textile, food, construction and oil and gas industries. She walked the floors of hundreds of manufacturing facilities in more than 30 countries. She has been working with a cross-functional team at Gore to ensure fair working conditions throughout Gore’s value chain since June 2015. In addition to her current role, she is a Consultant for Impactt Limited and teaches classes on Responsible Business at the University of Delaware as an Adjunct Instructor.
