Crisis management: How to proceed when slavery is discovered

In this session we’ll reveal a “live crisis”, step by step, to some experienced executives and ask them to respond as the situation unfolds. The scenario will only be partly shared in advance, so our brave panellists will need to think on their feet and use all their experience to help work through innovative solutions to a difficult situation uncovered in the supply chain by a local NGO and highlighted by the media. Expect the unexpected, and a little drama. We’ll also ask the audience to get involved with views, comments and insights.
